I downloaded this software today and found it really easy to use. I've used a couple of programs of this type in the past and found that they didn't really work very well. I shall feedback my results in the near future.

@Wickerman1958 Hi, yes I have had some cheaper programs in the past. i did find that this one was quite good - good to have that money back guarantee.. Although if buying this product you would prefer it to work rather than cash back guarantee. I am still testing but as say it worked for me (searching on google for techie news and info and my page is 2nd in list on my search)

What do you use to record your cam and desktop in Windows?

I tried some software but it didn't work.

@emiel1976ep I've been using trial of Camtasia. I was using camstudio but it was having issues with length of my videos??? not sure if program or windows? so just using trial and seeing if can get support from them - though not heard anything hehe

A lot of icons on your desktop.

That is the part in Windows that I don't like. In Linux I have 0 icons on my desktop. Only the side bar of Unity.

Nice tool but not for me. Just making some websites for the fun.

@emiel1976ep Yea, icons all over hehe. Usually try to put just things want access too.. On Mac only got drives and same on my linux install.

Going to do some linux stuff soon, got plans to but been working hard :) have to spread the linux too. any suggestions of binaries you want reviewed let me know

@netroman28 I have the same. In Windos I have a lot of icons and in Linux I have now 0 icons. I have also no HDD and DVD icons any more.

I must say that I have a lot less in Win 7 than I had in XP.

For Linux try Unity vs Gnome 3 shell. I tried them both and I run now Unity but I like the Gnome 2 much more. Gnome 3 shell is not my thing. Unity I run now and there are some miner things but I find it better than Gnome 3 shell. Still Gnome 2 is my choice.

@netroman28 I can get it work right in Windows.

I have no problems in Linux. It is strange but I need to reinstall all of my systems and than I will see if it works.
