Raffaele Attilio Amedeo Schipa "Tito Schipa" (1888 1965) was an Italian tenor. He is considered one of the finest tenore di grazia in operatic history. He was endowed with a natural, sensuous voice, which he deployed with great intelligence and taste.
The name Tito in his dialect means in Italian picoletto, in English The little boy

  • ruizdechavez. Sorry old chap, another Clip showed more of the middle but cut off the elegant Chiaroscuro end phrase (below). The thing to do is to edit both to see if you CAN come up with the entire Bel Canto of Schipa. Marvelous, superb what a relaxed JAW, Jussi Bjoerling sang this way to.

the clip is at watch?v=pGKp78ZEGVE&feature=related (with a blabbering idiot disallows what you show nicely depict in your clip, the beautiful last phrase)....BEST SINGING, encore!!!

  • @artashes Thank you for the reference. I will try to make what you say

  • god why cut the video right in the middle?

  • Sorry, that is in the original video. The complete aria video is not found in this historical recording.
