Dear God, I don't know why, but this was one of my favorite scenes during the whole game. Just because of Gregory's lines at the end. It was the only part of the game that sent shivers up my spine.
Good God, I love this game.

@Oathkeeper1319 Most of this chapter is metaphorical dreamstuff. I highly doubt that the original massacre went exactly like this. Brown showing up is just a dreamstuff thing.

Wendy's mouth doesn't move when she says "go", and she sounds like that annoying demon from House of the Dead. I love this scene cause it gives me chills when Gregory starts reciting the Little Princess story. When I played this part and I got this cutscene, I was like "oh, shit..."

@Jiyanamiki One presumes that most of them did have parents at some point; for example it's hinted in "Bird of Happiness" that Eleanor is so cold because her father somehow betrayed her family.
We never get to learn what's the deal with Wendy, but it's pretty glaringly obvious that she suffers from major abandonment issues, and can't stand the idea of losing someone close to her again - she would rather kill everybody, herself included.

@candace658 The kids are just that - kids. They don't understand the value of life. They never had any parents. All they really know is what they want. Wendy wanted Jennifer, Brown was in the way, Wendy killed Brown, hoping it would solve the conflict.
