  • thx for the reply and thx for advicing me not to drop below 12 %, the problem is that my brother always adviced me to drop to 5 % and whats the science behind the shake down diet ,well i love to eat tons and tons of fruit it makes me feel good but is this going to sabotage my diet regimen

    Your such an inspiration and what do you think about the raw food diet band all the super food is it healthy

  • @MsSaraty Tons of fruit is okay and is the basis for my Fruit Diet. Starches are important too for feeding the lactobacteria in your colon. Fruit does not do this (except for green tipped bananas). I am a big advocate of raw foods. I suggest at least consuming 50% of all calories from raw foods. --Jay

  • so is fruits oatmeal dried fruit cosidered as sweets and do you recommend that i avoid them whem i am loosing weight or an i eat proteins in the morning and the last meal of the day i carb load for tyhe next day or is it better to avoid them totally ihave a fat percentage of 14 percent as a teen girl and i would like to dropo it to 5 % just to see my abs ,do you sujjest i read the fat burning diet book and how did you come up with it

  • I would avoid dried fruits if you are trying to lose weight. Oatmeal & fruit are both okay. A simple way to drop a few lbs is have a good protein shake for 2 of your meals & 1 balanced meal each day. Find out more in my book, The Shake Down Diet. I don’t suggest that you drop your body fat below 12%. As a woman, you need body fat & enough calories to produce female hormones. Most women are very shapely at a body fat range from 14% to 18%. Voluptuous women look great at 18% to 22% when toned.

  • Actually, everyone can lose weight while s/he sleeps without spending any money. How?

    When you sleep you stop stuffing your face while your body continues to consume energy albeit at a slower rate. If you ever measure yourself, you will notice you weigh a lot less early in the morning. It's when you start stuffing your face you gain your weight back.

    So, just by sleeping a lot and stuffing your face a lot less, you can lose a lot of weight.
