This client purchased this home, had a home inspection and still ended up with issues like this in her home! Another contractor installed the new exhaust fan in the master bath but didn't duct it to the outside. The fan blew the insulation out into the gutter. Open junction boxes are a definite fire hazard. When hiring a handyman or contractor for your home always check references and deal with someone who has an excellent rating with the BBB.

Some homeowners will choose a contractor for something called the Consumers Guide which normally makes it into your mailbox around Spring each year. That's where our client hired her previous contractor! Contractors pay big dollars to be listed there and it's just a marketing piece.

A 2nd video will show you what the final repair should look like. Total project cost here was around $300. Whatever your chore in home repair, HandyANDY is here to help you get it done, on time and on budget. Since 1995, 1,000s of Atlantans have used us.....shouldn't you? Give us a call at 770-912-2829
