TheTriple Dopp Kit

While out on an antiquing adventure I came across this antique rope and for whatever reason was struck by it. I picked it up, admiring the patina, and was hit with an idea for a leather dopp kit using this rope. I call this bag the HF Triple because the design of the bag allows you to use the rope as a handle on three sides of the bag. It's a pretty simple design, sized just large enough to carry the essentials (10x4.5x4.5). Each bag is hand made by me using Kodiak Oil-Tanned Cowhide, and as it's name implies it's a fairly rugged leather. Pronounced grain and coloration makes each dope kit different from the next. And since these are all hand made subtleties and imperfections exist in each bag so don't expect a perfect piece of cookie-cutter bags. This first edition is limited to only ten bags since that's all the rope allowed me to make. Each time I make a new discovery of antique rope a new edition will be designated.
