  • Im a late comer to B'Ball and this is the first time Ive seen the Appollo .Adelaide always had good crowds. The stadium is gone now.All that is left is a piece framed up at the Brett Maher Court, crittenden road Findon.

  • first time tassie won a national title at any sport?

  • Full house at the old Apollo Stadium was only 3,000. I would guess that back then until the early-mid 80's the NBL had a similar policy to its championship game (Grand Final) that the NFL had in that it awarded the GF to a venue before hand irrespective of who was playing.

  • Why would a match between Nunawading and Launceston be played in Adelaide?

Irrespective, it's great that the Adelaide crowd seemed so support it with a full house (or close to).
