I have seen results and didn't follow anybody's work out solutions. I just made sure that I ate healthy that is it and exercised of course. Daily exercise is the key to losing the weight efficiently. I think that I have been 234 for a week on just eating the right foods and daily exercise. We are all different and will lose weight any all kinds of different ways so this is just one way of losing weight.

This video is very helpful and certainly an eye-opener for many. The information is good and makes sense, at least to me as I can attest to the fact that purely low calorie diet does not work. Balanced diet and exercise truly are the keys to losing weight. It worked for me and should work for most people as long as they get the proper guidance.
