  • there is no secret in losing weight... all you have to do is reduce your food intake thats all... you are what you eat.....

  • I have seen results and didn't follow anybody's work out solutions. I just made sure that I ate healthy that is it and exercised of course. Daily exercise is the key to losing the weight efficiently. I think that I have been 234 for a week on just eating the right foods and daily exercise. We are all different and will lose weight any all kinds of different ways so this is just one way of losing weight.

Balanced diet and exercise truly are the keys to losing weight. It worked for me and should work for most people as long as they get the proper guidance.
