Hillsong stated:
"The bottom line is: depression is a supernatural spirit of destruction straight from the devil, and as such, needs to be treated like an enemy. We must take a strong stand against it and deny it any power in our lives."

"Depression stems from an underlying root of unbelief in God's care, His goodness, His faithfulness, or even His ability to get you out of seemingly "impossible" situations."

These are the same people who take Government funding to fill vulnerable young peoples heads with this Scientology like rubbish.

It's interesting that after satan made Pastor Mike Gugliemucci confess, he apparently sought 'professional help'. This probably means going to a professional psychiatrist. So for all this banging on about Jesus being all we need and Jesus is a healer and the mighty man of God goes where? Oh.. he turns to the world and seeks professional help.

Hillsong may not know how to treat mental illness. But they sure know how to cause it.

Just that it mentioned the reference of the devil and that God will comfor those depressed. Did they actually use the word sin? Or are you just reading how YOU see it. God is real! focus on him and not the big churches that seem to draw too much attention to themselves! I know how some Christians can screw people up! I was once told to keep my eyes on God and not just along with everything and become one of those butt kissing sheep types. its the quiet voice inside that says the most! not the big loud churhes, if that makes sense?

Hillsong's lyrics are always repeating themsleves! your taking jesus wept out of context, it was because someone died and he was sad for the family not depressed, god made humans in his likeness which means god/jesus had emotions.

ok so, God is perfect in every way possible which means he made a world perfect without fault, sickness disease pain hurt (depression even)
