This must be one of the few surviving TV shows featuring the late, great Bobby McLeod. I wonder how many others are lingering around. There's also scant footage of Jim MacLeod either.....it would be nice to see Tommy Ford in action.

I want to know this too. I really like it but can't find any other reference to it.

Thank you very much for posting these gems! I loved Andy when I was a young quine, and remember fondly attendng a barn dance where the Joe Gordon Folk Four were playing. I LOVED all of them! xxxx

Brilliant - If only we could have a modern version of this at Hogmanay now instead of the dire drivel we get from STV and BBC Scotland these days. Andy Stewart is gone but there must be someone alive who could take his place.

Brilliant - 100% Scottish Kitsch! I don't think anyone in Scotland in the 1960's was REALLY like this - except for Andy Stewart!!

Thank goodness people like the Corries, Battlefield Band and Shooglenifty came along and knocked Scotland back on track to a developing folk tradiiton instead of being stuck in a mythical place at BBC Scotland.

Still TWHC was fun while it lasted - and we lapped it up!

Everything eventually turns up on YouTube! I haven't heard "Haste Ye Back" for forty years. Brings back many memories of Hogmanays past. Thanks for posting.
