  • I think it is getting it's power from the locomotive since the pantographs are not touching the catenary.

  • I think Septa should have purchased the entire fleet of Arrow II from transit, rehab them and use them to replace the Budd and St. louis cars. The Silverliner V are a death trap and full of problems. Those GE were retired early
