  • @mrporksoda Word, even the first season or two of Good Eats didnt give recipes. Well he would say what you needed, but Alton never gave measurements. He was attempting to get people off of recipes just as Todd is, but that kind of failed since most tv viewers cant handle that and now he does give you amounts of ingredients.

  • @mrporksoda I agree, Good Eats is great. Actually, I watched a ToddMohr vid a while back & he did mention that he liked Alton Brown, which I could see why. They are very similar in the way they explain "WHY" & "HOW" instead of just recipes.
