Mantra For The Man (Quit The Conflict $ucker$)

Released on 14th February 2003 in response to the impending USA invasion of Iraq. This Anti-War film was used by the UK 'Stop The War Coalition', headed by John Rees, at public rally's across England and online.

History: After writing the music composition, I teamed up with Ian Fradgley, who has a large collection of war and protest footage to produce the video. I then approached renegade film director Alex Cox (Repo Man, Walker, Sid and Nancy) who supported the project by giving us use of his Avid Suite and connecting us with John Rees (head of the UK 'Stop The War Coalition'). With the help of editor Mark McDermott and a week of very long hours! 'Mantra For The Man' was created.

The video went on to become one of the top 10 finalists in the UK Big Issue Film Awards in 2004.
