I have decided to share some good pics I took at 5 different locations, all in NC, Bog Gardens in Greensboro NC, Bicentennial Gardens Greensboro NC, Military park in Greensboro NC, Chinqua Penn NC, and Greensboro Arboretum. This is a photo slideshow of pics taken on April 23 2009 in the day time and these pics have been edited to look their best, in fact these have been taken by Brian David Hill
Of course these are not all the pics but this is only a select amount I decided to publish and it's not about the gardens, it's about smelling the flowers, and having pics of them :)
This is all provided by the USWGO Admin Brian D. Hill and he took all the pics you see, these are not retakes of any pics, these were not taken by a regular digital camera, it's taken by a special camera bought by USWGO Admin Brian D. Hill which took all the shots.
These have been taken on April 23 2009, and are shared by a custom license, the USWGO Photo License #2924. All rights still reserved, commercial use allowed but under permission and you site the website address and photographers name as the source for the photos, in fact if you contact me for permission then I can send you large scale photos over 1000x with no branding as long as you cite the source by section 2 of the USWGO Photo License #2924.
In fact this photo slideshow contains pictures of birds, flowers, old merry go round, nature, ducks, baby ducks, farms, etc etc.

All photos within here have been released for public view, download, and sharing but all credits, and ownership must be retained by USWGO Admin Brian D. Hill (Birth May 26 1990) and anyone can save this via keepvid which means it may be pirated but all rights are still reserved by USWGO Admin Brian David Hill, in fact any miscredit or disinformation about who took the pictures will be prohibited and will void this license and make you vulnerable for copyright infringement prosecutions, via the DMCA and Copyright laws. I won't sue but I will pursue criminal charges. I'm fine with piracy but not real lives pirates that say "Oh I took these pics, Brians just some ego fool, he never took the shots, I stole it from him cause I took it, yeah!" talk like that will lead to criminal investigations and possible jail time, and fines. All money collected by the fine will goto the government so if you don't want the government to have more money and bankrupt America then please don't steal the credits to the pictures and I may even give out larger and unbranded pics to the world.
Sec.2 - Commercial photo publishing/selling
I will allow you to sell my pics at full resolution instead of youtube quality and I am not exactly doing this for a profit but more of to get free advertising because ads are expensive and I believe it's fair when publishing all shots to be required to site the sources for the photos.
Under this section you are required when publishing, selling, mass producing, uploading in any commercial products, using them in any operating systems or software, wallpapers, screen savers, etc etc any of Brian David Hills or USWGOs official photos to get permission from the author that took the photos, and the minimum requirements are that you at least site the source of the pictures which is
(1)The USWGO official website http://uswgo.hyipo.net/
(2)The name of the photographer, in fact the photographer can choose if the name published should be a full name or less.
In fact violation of this will engage in legal action against the offender in fact it will be actual copyright infringement and theft of intellectual property, therefore will destroy all legal rights to sell or use in any commercial distribution. All rights are reserved within the author of the pictures in fact if we like to make a little bit of money it will all be discussed but it will not be considered income because it is unstable to make money as a photographer and it is considered side money by USWGO group. Again we are not trying to make money but eventually we will need donations to keep continuing USWGO Operations because we don't have enough money to pay for a commercial host every month.
