David Rathman's Zaire translates iconic moments from the Rumble in the Jungle—the press conference, the rope-a-dope, Alis stunning knockout, delirious crowds—into stirring black-and-blue toned watercolors.

Produced by Tom DeBiaso, sound design Rik Sferra and animation/motion graphics by Dave Novak. David Rathman's gray-wash time capsule juxtaposes iconic Rumble sound bites with Rathmans spectacular visualization.

Oct 30, 2009 was the 35th anniversary of a seminal sports event: the Rumble in the Jungle, which pitted George Foreman against Muhammad Ali in Kinshasa, Zaire.
