Suzanne Haïk-Vantoura, LA MUSIQUE DE LA BIBLE RÉVÉLÉE - VOLUME 2 (Alienor 1050 CD), Track 12.

This slideshow of Psalms 130 includes the consonantal Hebrew Masoretic Text and modified versions of the transliteration and translation provided by Lev Software. The arrangement for modern instruments and the vocal harmonies are of course SHV's, but the ancient melodic line, modality and choral alternation were inferred by her from the Masoretic Text (Letteris Edition).

This Psalm is so slow, simple and intense that it may be completely beyond the grasp of many in our adrenalin-addicted generation. But here, as much as in any text in Hebrew Scripture, lies the *heart* of what "repentance from dead works and faith in God" means.
