The basic steps of setting your Sourdough:
To your starter from the fridge add:
2 cups water
2 1/2 cups unbleached all purpose flour

  • I too, would love to know how you make your starter?

  • Just like to add that a rye flour sourdough starter is often better for making bread and stuff. But as your other video explained this starter have been around for a few years, which usually means that they raise quicker than newer ones. :)
