16 Eastern Ave - showing water flow. Video was taken on 3/22/2010 - 4 days after the rain storm. This give a pretty good indication of water flow, and why the property is currently wet. The water spills over the road from where the culvert is filled in behind the Long Beach Motor in. Once the spill over on to my land at 16 Eastern Ave occurs ( like a catch basin), the only exit is via a small pipe that crosses from 16 Eastern ave, onto the corner of lots #13 & #15. From there it spreads out over #15 Eastern Ave and leads to the Mitchell road drainage basin. Unfortuantely the pipe laid across eastern is not low enough to allow the water from the 16 Eastern Ave to exit properly. It is quite possible also that the level the pipe is at is also contributing to the water content on 16 Eastern Ave.
