How to Rock is a punk guitar instructional video stripped down to just ninety seconds.

The kernel of this lesson module is the Power Fist, a novel Stewdio innovation. Additionally this tutorial examines power chords, strumming, and various other punk-rock guitar techniques. Upon completion of the lesson a viewer should feel comfortable following along with the instructor's demonstration.

The instructional format was narrated by Daniel Harding and inspired by the BBC's Look Around You.
