The war on drugs is treason. Article 3 section 3 of the constitution states clearly that waging war on American's by the government is a treasonous act. Which is more "harmful" to society?

@ChrisVaughn85 I tried, but in Texas we have tort reform so no lawyer will take my case unless I pay by the hour. I don't know if I have a case in the future. If I won any money I want to honor my son by helping addicts by opening a clinic or contributing to a good one that has the right treatment like Nora Volkow talks of minimum of 90 days.

Conservatives can be so annoying and ignorant. They keep saying marijuana is a dangerous drug in my state (Montana) and want Medical Marijuana repealed. I have a serious auto-immune disease that can only be stopped by Cannabis. If they succeed I will die.
