Hot Spinach Crab n' shrimp dip

I really hope you try this one out!

FTC I purchased all of the items mentioned in this video with my own money. I am in now way affiliated with Trader Joes or any others company mentioned in this video.

Ingredients

Crab Shrimp
Cream cheese four to six ounces sour cream2 to three ounces
Roasted red bell peppers dices about 1/2 cup
green bell peppers dices about 1/4 cup
Creole seasoning to taste
Hot green peppers dices (Optional) a half of a small one
Jalapenos diced (Optional) about 1/8 of a cup
Shredded cheese of your choice 1/4 of a cup to 1/2 of a cup
Parmesan Cheese 1/2 cup
Chopped cooked Spinach five to 7 ounces
Tomatoes(Optional) 1/8 cup
Once clove garlic crushed

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minuets in a oven safe dish...Remove and sprinkle with More cheese and broil until the tip is golden brown...Enjoy!
