No, "m8," Porsche purchased a majority stake in VW using loans. When the economy tanked last fall, Porsche was unable to pay back those loans. So, VW turned around and bought a majority share in Porsche after the stock price plummeted.

This is the closest thing to a modern reincarnation of the Urq. You can't tell without the sound though. TFSI 5-cyl FTW.
