This coming from a 13 year old calling him/herself pantherpowerlifter when there are no powerlifting videos on youtube to your name.
Hang clean is a great exercise for general explosive power. Granted my form sucks. But I do want to know what is gay about this vid?
If you check out my other videos and videos to come in the future you will know my workouts are not gay. I train for strongman events so I need all the strength and power I can muster.
