for new years, i plan on enjoying some more ishikawa-ken sakes, "tengumai yamahai jikomi junaishu" and my ol' time favorite, "tedorikawa arabashiri daiginjo nama."
the water used for both sakes is from haku-san in ishikawa-ken. the heavy snowfall brings the purist water used in the distilling process.
i will post a video of sake.
