This is a tutorial to make a nice and dirty reese bass. This is just the raw synth, try adding some more distortion using ohmnicide! Automate the macro controls for some really nasty sounds! I have made some really nasty stuff with this!

  • why so many dislikes? it is a good tutorial and yeah it isn't noisia but i'm sure he could make it almost exactly like noisia with some fx plugins like ohmicide...

  • @DuBsTePsMyGaMe Thank you and yes like i say in all my videos, these are just base sounds for you guys to play about with and add different effects chain. If i showed you all how to do that aswell it would take away the creativity and learning curve that originally inspired from the video! Thanks to everyone for the thumbs up!

  • Great stuff nizmo!

  • massive is way overused

  • @NizmoTutorials good to know ha ha :P

  • Good video... Check out my page for my tracks.

  • @DuBsTePsMyGaMe and about 5 levels of resampling so no, nowhere close. Also, where's the notch filter automation? It usually comes AFTER distortion, not before.

  • @NizmoTutorials ohmisexualside is for amateurs that are still learning and want an effect to do all the work for them :0

  • @ForevaSniping pretty sure all of the macro controls sounded different and yeah the end result WAS IN FACT a reese bass

  • @DuBsTePsMyGaMe Not even though... he was changing parameters in things that weren't even on. Basically he didn't know what he was doing.
