730 raw squat off a 15'' box. I was very concerned that the quivering from the weight would maybe cause me to dump the weight and/or injure myself. But for some reason it wasn't nearly as bad with 730 as 700 was 2 weeks ago. I think I MAY be good for 750 at this point. 800 is my (hopefully) near future goal. I should be good for that in the next few months if I can stay injury free. I don't wanna talk shit though haha. My diet has been HEAVY. I've been consuming a massive amount of cals trying to keep my BW up. I dunno...Another PR for the books. I wish my bench was up to par. I still haven't gone over 400 since the pec tear. 225x40, 315x20 is what I have been playin with on bench which is pathetic for me. It's a mental thing I know.

  • I knew you were good for more, the 700 last time flew up, and your still looking good for 750+, I think you just need to get use to 750-800 pounds on your back since you been playing mainly in the 500-600 range for a while. Beast man!

  • Great lift man!

  • Solid box squat!!! Keep training hard and keep the Prs coming

  • I thought the bench was mental, too, until I failed 290. But I eventually got it. Screw that mental crap. I got it cause I was pissed, though.

Good lift though! That's some good weight right there, boy!
