Let me tell you, I had a great time playing music with these guys! Randy Granger, Cornell Kinderknecht, and myself got together at the Zion Flute & Drum Festival in southwestern Utah. On this night, we decided to go to a public park in St. George to play some music together just for the fun of it. The song in this video came about somewhat by accident, and it doesn't yet have a name (suggestions, anyone?). It features Cornell on bansuri and udu, Randy on hang drum, and myself on my new low C Port Ordford cedar flute by Pat Haran. I think Cornell was a little hard to hear in parts of the video, but he's a superbly talented musician, as is Randy. This was a lot of fun!
Original music and performance by Stephen Cumberworth, Randy Granger, and Cornell Kinderknecht.
