what kind of camera are you using? It is very Clear

love ur cake, and a little comment...u could put the chocolate mixture in the pan first than put the matcha mixture in blobs on top and use a chopstick or cake stick and swirl the mixture in an "S" back and forth and u will get a nice swirl...

Type45 in French standard, which is Protain 10%, Minerals 0.45%. Maybe "weak flour" or "soft flour" in US.
