AIM 6.9 for Windows

Do a lot of people like 7.0 better than 6.9? I also heard AIM carries spywares and viruses when it gets installed. It installs automatically when ur installing. Is this true??

I haven't heard of 7.0 yet, but if you hear that it gives

viruses, don't download it

Okay, so you know how when you post in an IM and the status message of that person appears under the text? Is there ANY way to turn that irritating feature off?!

How do I start and end a video chat session?

To start a video chat session:

1. Double-click your buddy's name in your Buddy List to open an IM window.

2. Click Video.

okay so you click once on the buddy then go up to Aim and then click start voice chat, then from there you can say share video, I am not sure if this works, i don't have a way to test it but I hope it does

it says you can video chat on aim 6.9

however, i dont know how. Is there a button? Do you need to ass a plugin? HOW DO I VIDEO CHAT?!?!?!
