Complex building destruction with explosives

March 2004 - we accompagnied the destruction of a 24 story building - simulation with software.

The preparation without planning was during several months. So if someone thinks, WTC7 was supplied within 6 hours with explosives, wiring and ignition computers, while it was burning, my only reaction is : *rotflbtc*

thanks for putting it up, it does look a lot like one of the WTCs where the top bends. Were any explosives placed further below?

From what I can see there are some secondary explosions after the initiation of the collapse.I wonder if the top would have toppled if there weren't any.

The explosives were placed int the 8'th floor, the 4'th floor and in the cellar. Ignitions started with the 8'th floor to bend the building, then 4'th to bend it to the other side and then the cellar for vertical way. Additinal steel ropes through the top of the building helped to keep it as a whole block.

Our intention was to fold the building. There were buildings nearby in the falling zone. In our simulations the folding was successful, but if you watch it in the clip, there is also a part of vertical collaps, more than we had expected. Though the 4'th story explosives rather supported the vertical collaps.
