Part 3 of 3 of a Tokimeki Memorial 2 Taisen Puzzle Dama (on PS1) playthrough, with Hikari as a character, and on Konjou & Hard Mode.
Unlike the first Tokimeki Memorial Taisen Puzzle Dama (where you'll ALWAYS fight Shiori, or Miharu if you're playing as Shiori), the last opponent isn't fixed ; it can be any character (aside from the one you control, of course).
Here, the last opponent is one of the Japanese fan favourite characters in Tokimemo 2, Kaori Yae (most characters polls I've seen put Hikari 1st, Kaori 2nd, and Kasumi 3rd). Although I'm glad I've won this last fight, I feel sorry for Kaori, hearing the intermission speech between her and Hikari (basically, she says that she's envious of Hikari, and that if she can beat her, she maybe could change).
After the battle, you'll see Hikari's ending, the credits, and Hikari's Omoide.
Just like in the first TM TPD, there are Omoide for all characters to collect, by beating the game (via Good Ending of course) with said characters.
All in all, this TPD is nice, but it doesn't offer much more compared to Tokimeki Memorial 1 Taisen Puzzle Dama. Sure, the Opening is awesome, but during the intermission speeches, characters aren't animated, which makes think that developpers were really lazy ; and aside for the characters, background settings, and music (and IMO, this game's soundtrack is inferior to the first one's), there's basically no difference.
My opinion ? Good and fun game, but unless you're a diehard Tokimeki Memorial 2 fan, or someone who's collecting Tokimemo goods, this game isn't worth the high price tag it has currently in game stores (used, it usually costs 5000 yens), and you should go for the just as good, and way cheaper (500 yens at most in most stores, aka 10 times cheaper) Tokimeki Memorial 1 Taisen Puzzle Dama.
As of October 21th 2009, this video is now subbed in English ! Enjoy !! :D
The Konjo family is your favorite pick among the girls? I wonder why...

Wh, what are you talking about? Konjou (= Perseverance) Mode isn't a family name, it's the name of one of the 3 game modes of the game! There are 3 modes: Renshuu (Exercise), Kokuhaku (Confession), and Konjou (Perseverance). The difference between those modes is the number of opponents you fight, as well as Konjou Mode being the only one of them treating you with the ending of the girl you're playing with, and giving your high score at the end (thus why I play in Konjou Mode).

Yep, it's not an easy game. Mainly because of the "One try against the last opponent" rule, IMO, otherwise by spamming continues it would have become much easier. Glad you managed to finish it ! ;)

What is the name of the theme at 2:17 ?
And where can I download it?

I sadly can't tell you for sure, as I don't own the Original Soundtrack. But my guess would be that it's the tune "Kokuhaku" (Love Confession).
And I don't pirate, so I don't know where to download it, and even then I encourage you to buy the OST in the first place. Nippon Export for example is a good place to order it.
