@MZladyDbutterfly -No, The HCG diet was wonderful for me. I got gallbladder disease from Yaz. lol I think the HCG diet is a great diet for people to try. Everyone that I know that has started the diet (which is like 14) have all had wonderful results. But working in the medical field, you do hear about horror stories. So make sure you talk to your doctor about it.

When I was doing the HCG diet, I lost 25 pounds in two weeks. I was like...wtf? lol It was pretty awesome. Then I got sick again and...yep. lol Hasn't worked the same since.

hey, I am amazed with the videos I've seen.. The HCG u are taking is what, Injections, drops or what is it, where can I get this...cause I would love to start this journey as well... Thanks for the motivation.
