So the problem is the new GI Bill proposal would hurt troop retention rate due to it's attractive monthly spending stipend. How about raising the soldier's salary to make the military more attractive than the GI Bill? OH wait, the soldiers are not worthy enough for that, that money is for security contractors only

90%? Where are you pulling these BS numbers from? First of all, he doesn't even get 60%, and second, being veterans has little to do with it. The majority of veterans are male (men are more likely to vote republican than female) and over the age of 50. It doesn't mean that veterans support McCain over Obama, it means that veterans are republican.
