@UglyMan99 because a lot of people want to now information so if it was a full video people would get bored it sound stupid but i thats why when some one see's a part 1 and 2 they get interested and get drag to watch the whole thing.

some of his diet suggestions on the dvd "secret of the pros" milos says 1 g per lb per body weight is minimum. 2 grams for a body builder ....and 1.5 for an athlete. He also brokedown macronutrient needs for different bodytypes.

The guy knows his stuff no doubt.
He never answered amount of protein
per lean body mass though.
I think creatine might be worth a mention but
this might have been made a while back before the creatine movement. All and all if your lucky enough to stumble across his videos he definitely knows his stuff.
