I couldn't help but notice that all of your e.q's and trims are down quite low on your board. Just wondering why? Is it because you are using level equipment but you've plugged it into the phono inputs on the board? (the phono input has a pre-amp built into it so it will end up boosting the input level much higher than what it should be)
Check that out and perhaps make the correction if you're having problems with extremely high levels coming out of the board.
