  • im headed out on my workterm on the Eagle tomorrow haha how high are those seas?

  • @Davis399

Boy i tell ya i would not be able to say for sure but the wind was at 80-85 knots the night before. When i took this video the wind was at about 50 knots with gusts to 60. I would have to guess that the seas were at about 40 feet or so .This was on the Hawk which is the same hull as the Eagle. One helluva a boat , one of the best ever built in my opinion.

  • what is the name of the song

  • any sou western boys "im six feet from the warf my boat is sinking!"

  • I have been on the Gulf in seas like this on a ferryboat with cars on the deck

    I was ridding on.

  • I've fished on the Grand Banks. A crazy place when it gets rough! Cool video there are some freakin big waves.

  • i was young ,i didnt think it was so terrible

  • @Davis399 You must be first year engineering at Marine right? Well you got no worries about how high them seas is. Eagle can, has and will take more than this thrown at her. Of the four ATL boats the Hawk and Eagle are the better sea boats. I've been on Hawk, Osprey AND Kingfisher so don't tell me, ask me, haha. Have fun out there bro, enjoy the food(it's great) and keep them big Bergen V-12's clean, Chief likes a clean engine room.

  • would have been better if actual sound was used instead :|

  • love the backing track .

  • The Grand Banks are very tricky all wear long. Summer time you get the fog, winter time the cold and bad weather and spring time the iceberg! Carribean sea is better ;)
