  • this exercise is really damaging to your wrist if you stress yourself with too much weight. Only reason I say this is because I lifted a table with same wrist placement and it started hurting. took 2 months to heal

  • yeah, it's a not an exercise you want to (or need to) use a lot of weight on, that's for sure. Using the EZ bar with the angle on it the bar does a lot of that stress off the wrist, though, which makes it a bit different.
