i always thought that saying things is easier than doing them . But in Brian's case it is totally the other way around . all what he did to Justin proved that he really loved him . but when it comes to words, he's coward enough to admit his love

It's so clear how upset Brian is seeing Justin leaving. Unfortunately, he doesn't have the guts to say "I love you, please don't leave me". Even though this is what he feels.
