@becky157689 it's part of an ova (and now in episode 209) which was made because gintama likes to be trolls, in other words, it's not actually "real", but they show some parts in flashbacks, but a movie hasn't officially been release yet about the war days ~~

Gintama is an AMAZING anime I love the comedy but I love the arcs even more because of the way that the characters grow on you I hope Gintama keeps going for a long while cause I don't think I could live without it
