Moncton Fire responded to a House Fire on Rogers Road at 3:17 P.M. this afternoon. NB Ambulance also responded but nobody was injured and stood by in case they were needed. Firefighters got the fire under control at 3:44 P.M. they had to cut a couple of holes in the roof of the home. Rogers Road is just outside of Moncton, just off the Homestead Road (Old Trans Canada Highway) in Pacific Junction. Thick white smoke was rolling across the road and it was blocked by Fire trucks. A District 11 R.C.M.P. Officer arrived at the Fire scene , along with a couple of trucks from N.B. Power.
