  • They are Weider adjustable Plate Kettlebells and are fantastic to use with a thinner grip than the Standard Russian ones.Yes they do make a rattling sound as you go through the motion,but if you are concentrating on your workout and totally focused after 2 years of using them I don't even notice the rattle.

  • what the hell is making that rattling noise?

  • I don't like the shape of these KB's at all. The motion and grip chaging is very awkward.
