  • @Aliothemage Yes! If there are no penalties on money I owe I would pay it back as slowly as possible!! Why can't the monetary system start at the point that someone creates something of value that someone wants. That is the point where that persons hard work is rewarded with money. If the person wants a loan to expand....he gets it not from a central bank that supplies money as debt, but from another person who wants to buy into their end goal. This is the way it is supposed to work.

  • @Aliothemage Sounds a bit like communism to me if all hours of work are considered equal. The doctors hour cannot be equal to the ditch digger. What is the advantage of spending 8 years learning a trade if your hour of work is valued the same as someone who entered the work force with no education or expertise? Where is the incentive and benefit of achieving at the top of your field, or of innovating? Would we ever have had an industrial revolution if each persons' hour of work was equal? No

  • The public would not know who to blame as stated near 8:09 , not without finacial education . Just like now , the education in school is controlled . There is no financial education so the public is left in the dark .

  • THE PROBLEM IS THE ISSUE OF TRANSITION FROM A FAILING & DANGEROUS SYSTEM TO A SYSTEM THAT WOULD WORK CORRECTLY. HOW DO WE TRANSITION WITHOUT CAUSING COLLAPSE, CHAOS, DISORDER AND TOTAL PANDEMONIUM???? We cannot transition safely WITHOUT the Wealthy Elites (Bankers, Businesspersons, etc.) agreeing to forgive all 'debt' and providing transition resources for the vast majority of people who would otherwise end up homeless and starve to death! AND WHAT ARE THE CHANCES OF THAT? Next to Zero!

  • Bankers run the governments no government on the planet works for the people .. its human nature , who thinks altruism exists is a fool who did not live in a real society, sure some one might give you a loaf of bread if you are starving , but if you were to work for that man he would try his best to pay you as close to nothing as possible.

  • @Shapkin1502 ANOTHER PROBLEM even if the STATE NATIONALISED BANKS. Is that the multi nationals would have their payed politicians organise lining their pockets, by giving them priveleged contracts and cheap loans. THE CORRUPTION is the MONEY ITSELF. Even if peak oil, and technology and population growth wipe out the need for human labour etc. MONETERISM will always distort the real human needs to expand to A RESOURCED BASED ECONOMY, designed by science not multi nationals profitt intererests.

  • Hours of work are not equivalent. Beethoven's hour of work is much more valuable the nan hour of Britney Spear's work.

Interest MUST be used with borrowing or else all the money will be borrowed and it would take forever to get it paid back since no one has any pressure to re-pay it.

The govt spending thing might work, but its certainly not perfect, but maybe better then the current method... but people will still want to borrow money.

Money should just be privatized, let the market innovate

  • simple. if the bankers don't do the right thing, we kick their ass!

  • ..anything we tell you, you need, because we are your masters, and youll obey our orders....."oh, ok" you say..."where do i sign?".....your pathetic sheep

  • americans dont think about anything sensably anymore...they just ask someone, "what do i do?"... i need a car, what do i have to do? what do i have to do to buy a gun for home defence? what do i do for a loan? what do i need to do to build a house for myself? i wanna start a business, what do i need to do? ....my kids needing to go to school, what do i need to do? ....well, asshole, you need to get the proper licenses, permits, and registrations...you need shots, you need insurance, you need...
