@fateindustry if you stand against a door frame hold onto it with ur hands a little above ur head and keep ur legs and butt agaisnt the frame the whole time and just push with ur arms forward, u should feel an upper back stretch

i used to train off this video and i got so far! and then i had to stop due to complications :( i've still got some flexibility left though, gonna start training again!

@writemabel Depending on the position i am. I stay between 5 to 20 seconds in easy positions, and 5 to 10 in difficult ones.

upper back gives me the most problems. Any stretches you know are effective? I have only been backbending for 5 months...and im age 19...

@fateindustry you couldlay down on the floor upside down, and push it with your hands and stretch it, but make sure you stretch your upper back and not your waist.
