@Glassmanog Do you have a website? I'd be interested in purchasing a smooth hound, as I've recently set up and cycled a shark tank.

wow, that looked like the saddest guitar fish. had the shimp on its face but far from its mouth. "damn you evolution!"

how big do those sharks get and about how much $ are they.
-
hey there how are the sharks doing?
-
@Glassmanog I need to go to that pet store sounds like I'd be helping the sharks out and saving money

I'm thinking of getting a 300 gallon aquarium. If I pick up a smoothhound at 10" how long can I keep it?

@creativeaquariums Oh. That looks cool though. Is that your aquarium? If so; It's really nice. :P
Hey. What fish is that at the bottom? with the arrow shaped head. It reminds me of a stingray lol

That is a Guitar Fish. Not really a stingray and not a shark either. I guess its something in between.

If it is a Smoothound Shark at 7" and only $ 70, then my GUESS is that it was collected using the most inhumane method. Females are caught full of pups. The female is killed and pups are pulled out, thats why they are so small. This practice is one of the reason why Leopard Shark under 36" are illegal. Most smoothounds are imported between 10"-12" and wholesale for around $ 150 landed (from legit wholesalers). No way that $70 retail smoothound was collected using legit method
