Smallville 2001-2011

My video recapping the whole ten years of Smallville! I did alot of it out of order and what not, cause I feel in order would have made the video end up being close to ten minutes! This is(was?) my favorite TV show for 10 years! I watched it from the start till the finale, I hope everyone enjoys the video!

MY thoughts on the Smallville Finale;

I really enjoyed the Finale, I think it was fantastically done. Let me start off with the parts I enjoyed, I loved that Lex came back and how they used him. I loved that Jonathan Kent returned and Clark had interaction with him on screen. LOVED the John Williams score being used. Loved that Clark put on the iconic Superman suit and I really loved the final scene with the shirt rip, perfect ending. Now first, let me explain the suit situation to all the fans out there who hated that there where no clear shots of him in the suit. I think they did it the way they did so when you see him wearing it you are glued to the TV screen watching him wear it, watching every frame closely to see the shots. Then at the end he rips the shirt and everyone is incredible pleased, if they would have shown him wearing the full suit before the finale scene with the iconic shirt rip, it would have meant nothing and been a weak scene. Another thing people should consider is Welling could have been taller, buffer, smaller, etc for the suit, the suit was designed for Branden Routh not Tom Welling, keep that in mind. I didn't like that all of a sudden people didn't recognize Clark as Superman, the disguise is already not THAT believable, but he has been working at the Daily Planet for years in Smallville without glasses, and only started wearing them recently in the final season. I thought of two ways to cover that up; 1. Have Darksied erase peoples memories, so no one would have recognized the old Clark. 2. Zatana do Clark a favor and erase everyone but select people's memories of how he looked before. I hated that Lex was a clone, I think it would have been better to have told Clark "I have been working on the cloning process for years, you really think I would have killed myself inside that fortress? I sent my best clone, it even fooled you" (or something like that), to imply Lex was hiding during that time frame, as a strategy to return. I think Clark beat Darksied far too easy, same with stopping the Apocalypse from coming. Last I think when they made this whole hype about using heroes to save them, there should have been more than Green Arrow and Superman, If they got Michael back for Lex they could have gotten cameo's from Flash, Aquaman, Cyborg, etc. Just my thoughts. BUT..... *drum roll* I LOVED the finale, I was completely satisfied, but I am sad that it's over. Fantastic show... Lets hope the Wonder Woman TV show is good!

i remember when i was a little kid and i used to love Marvel/DC comics and she said to me: Hey have you seen this drama? i have a season 1 box set would you like to watch it?" i said "Yes, i have too" but when i finished the box set i was drooling for more and i have been watching ever since. But now its finished i would to say thank you to all the writers and the cast for doing this! GOOD JOB!!!
