Vegan bodybuilding 30lbs muscle world record attempt
Matthew Armstrong shares his progress to gain 30lbs of muscle in 100 days. I can't seem to find anyone who has done this or better so I am calling it a world record attempt with my tongue slightly in cheek as it cannot be varified, but serious at the same time. I have had personal trainers and exercise physiologists tell me that it is impossible but I seem to be doing it! So here we go with my unnofficial world record attempt to gain 30bls of vegan muscle bodybuilding in 100 days with no supplements or drugs and training at home with minimal exercise equipment would you believe! : )

  • @Rachna888 we used to slice them thinly and put tamari on them and put them in the dehydrator. Very tasty! : )

  • i don't believe this guy. It's impossible to gain 30lbs of muscle in 100 days, no matter what diet you're on. Where are the before and after pictures? I dislike liars!
