  • @hooah91 lol thats because bjj is like cheating, no1 wants to lose to an armbar. Well just becareful if you just let someone go, some people are just complete assholes and would attack you after you let go, or maybe they will just sucker punch you, i would say just break his fuckin arm.

  • one thing here: Shouldn't you control his upper body a little more with your right leg? That way he could easily posture up and out of the armbar.

  • @LiIdayne1232 I say hold him there and hammer fist his face till he's all bloodied up haha

  • im soooo stupid. i never though about putting my arm on his head and pushing it away

  • @TheMcKtG Fortunately I've been in that move so many times that I now know how to defend it most of the time, even if he controls me with his leg on top of my back ;-)

  • @antistyler

that's for defending on the street not for a cage...if ever have been in that move you wouldn't say that;)

  • Excellent lesson, many thanks, bro.

  • Vin Diesel!

  • @antistyler yeah crossing the ankels or if your stefan struve ....figure 4? lol it helps

  • I remember when I first did jujitsu and this move happened to me... it was too fast for me to even tap out.

I didn't get my arm broken, but it took at least seven months for it to fully heal... as in training without any problems.

  • when you spin you need to throw your right leg up his armpit to get him off balance also you grab his bicep with right arm and the wrist with your left arm :)

  • nice demonstration
