CLIVE Boustred Almost Arrested - Left USA finally in 2010

Clive Boustred trys to get a visitation with his children, March 6, 2009 for his Sons 13 Birthday, in an UNJUST legal system.
NOTE the clerk does NOT want to be video-identified because she knows she is part of the EVIL, and does not want people to KNOW who SHE is. But she "Serves" in a public building, which means she has no legal right to object to being video captured on tape, because it is PUBLIC, not private. He schedules a Ex-parte Hearing, and shows up to ask for a real Judge, not the Comm. Irwin who
has violate DUE Process, in Clives case. Clerks call the Sheriff Deputies, because the video is capturing the CLERK not doing their job correctly, or carrying out obstructionist orders from a judge.
SANTA CRUZ COUNTY COURTS ARE CORRUPT

After multiple efforts to see his sons, and getting NO JUSTICE, probably for starting up "coppercards.com", Clive was eventually forced to leave USA or do jail time for the crime of fighting to get justice. America is already under MARTIAL LAW in 2002, and few realize it.

Ask why so few people west of N.Y. State, know that 7WTC , a 47 story skyscraper 1 block from the twin towers also came down on Sept. 11, 2001, and less that 10% of Americans west of NY know that, and that NO PLANE hit it, and that Prof. Stephen JONES has I.D. Thermate, an explosive as present in the dust at Ground Zero.

Also a man named Silverstein, owned 7WTC, and had just bought the twin towers summer of 2001 and INSURED it agains "terrorist" acts. Down payment was $25 million, and insurance paid him off 7 Billion dollars.

Thugs, just power hungry thugs. I used to adore Carmel and Santa Cruz, now I probably won't go there any more. I thought that the desert area was criminal, but it seems to be rampant. I was accused and thrown in jail for a DUI even tho I had no traffic infraction and it was at @ 1 PM in the afternoon, they put me in handcuffs and chains and threw me in jail and towed my car and put my dog in the pound and tried to sell him. When more people understand that the law has no concept of HELPING people, it'll be a quantum leap forward in our dealings with it. The purpose of law is to restrict, and to punish when those "legalized" restrictions are violated. Nobody WANTS the law; it's to be used on those occasions when WE don't have the resources to deal with something on our own.

I'll say it again... The only thing this court, and employees of this county, understand is brute force. If the citizens of this county would insist that they Open Carry their weapons on a daily basis, the employees of this "court" would be very POLITE, and accommodating. @williamwagener I was thrown into the Indio jail in Riverside County, CA....Palm Desert and La Quinta Sherriff Dept. Thank God I had Alladin Bail bonds, they were on top of following my case, because I was afraid they were going to make me dissappear, but they kept on it.

@CJC1295DAC : The New American System desires to perpetuate its authority. On another note: Wouldn't you think that Family Courts, or Family Services to be unconstitutional? It seems these state contrived entities violate the 1st Amendment by violating the Sanctity of the Family. By what authority does the state have to intervene in family matters uninvited? This smacks of authoritarianism, and has no place in American jurisprudence.

Why are people shocked when someone who has been metaphorically caged and poked with a stick by the legal system, FOR YEARS, suddenly cracks one day and goes on a shooting spree? @williamwagener This video almost made me physically ill. Even if Clive is a nutjob (which I have no reason whatsoever to believe) everything in this video is an abomination to justice. The legal system is designed to make you tired and to make you give up. It drains your resources. REAL criminals are the ones who benefit from the legal system, which, as is evident here, is not about justice at all. Everything but child "support" is fillibustered. Because it's not profitable.
