A TRIBUTE TO THE DARK LORD (L5R)

A tribute to Daigotsu, the Dark Lord from Legend of the Five Rings (L5R).

One of the most fascinating villains in contemporary fantasy, he has been a central character in the L5R story for ten years.

Daigotsu was brilliant, powerful, charismatic, and honorable in his own way; a demon to those who hated him, a hero to those who followed him. Over the course of his run, he killed two Emperors, destroyed Rokugan's Imperial City, unleashed the Dark God Fu Leng into the Celestial Heavens, founded the Spider Clan,and assassinated dozens of important lords and nobles all across the Empire. Everything he did, he did for the future of his infant son and for the glory of Fu Leng.

Though he is no longer with us, the Spider Clan will live on, and carry his legacy forever.
