At 0:09, I believe that young girl is Alyson Court, a well-known voice over actress and from the Big Comfy Couch.
Canadian commercials were very catchy back then. This commercial was/is awesome! Those bears are cute, too.

I haven't seen this commercial since I was three, yet it still comes to mind every time I need to buy peanut butter...I kid you not!
